How long does my order take to ship?

 All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is your return policy? 

     All sales and deposits on services, service packages, products, boutique items, and gift cards are final. Refunds on returned products and boutique items will be given as store credit only. For store credit, items must be returned within 5 days of original purchase unused and in original unopened packaging. Store credit cannot be used for spa services. Deposits for services are non-refundable and can not be used towards any other services.
