Arrivals

As a first-timer, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so you have time to relax, unwind, and give our team the time they need to get to know your beauty expectations for the best results!

No Phone Zone

Please remember to place your phone on silent for the duration of your visit to maintain respect for other clients. Please do not talk on your phone in the waiting area or during a treatment.

Arriving Late

Time is of the essence! Your treatment has been allocated a certain amount of time. If you arrive late, you may lose valuable time as we do have a schedule to adhere to and clients to consider after your allotted appointment time. All appointments have been created to allow appropriate time for your full enjoyment of each service. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service may be required at the time of booking for any spa package, spa party or same-day multiple service appointments. 

Spa Parties

Spa packages or same-day multiple service appointments for 2 or more people will be considered a spa party.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total services will be required at time of booking. For spa parties of 4 of more people, an additional non-refundable service charge of 18% of the final cost of services will be added at time of checkout.

Tipping

Tipping your service provider is completely at your discretion. A standard tip amount for spa services is 20% of your service cost. The entire amount of the tip you choose to leave will go directly to your service provider(s) as you specify upon check out. Tips are non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

An appointment cancellation or request to reschedule may be made by phone call or text during our regular business hours. Any requests to cancel or reschedule received after hours will be considered received the next business day. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48-hours or less prior to the original appointment time may be charged 50% of the total service to your credit card on file. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24-hours to the original appointment time may be charged 100% of the service to your credit card on file.

No Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment, without a prior notice of cancellation within our cancellation policy will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will forfeit all service deposits without refund.

Age Policy

Children over the age of 16 are welcome to enjoy spa treatments with a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian. The child must be with a service provider of the same gender. Children ages 12-16 are also welcome to enjoy treatments and must accompanied by an adult. To protect the tranquil nature of the spa and its environment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to be left unattended at any time.
